Please read these Terms and Condition carefully before using the Puro Aesthetics website, operated by Puro Aesthetics (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).

These apply to all visitors, clients and others (“You”), who access or use this service. By using our services, you are agreeing to our Terms and Privacy policy.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms at any time. You must review these terms regularly to keep yourself updated on any changes.

Terms of Service:

Puro Aesthetics is a Lynton-Approved Clinic that showcases your inner beauty by providing you with our safest and affordable laser aesthetic treatments. Our aim is to bring your inner beauty to the surface, making you feel more beautiful and comfortable in your own skin.

Partnering with the UK’s No.1 Laser IPL Manufacturer and Leading NHS Supplier, Lynton, Puro Aesthetics have launched a range of new, advanced cosmetic and light-based treatments to help tackle some of the most common aesthetic concerns, such as hair reduction, Acne, Rosacea, pigmented lesions (including freckles, sun damage, age spots and port wine stains) and vascular outbreaks. We also offer Skin Rejuvenation treatments to replenish your skin and keep it firmer and smoother-looking.

We treat these skin conditions through the use of Intense Pulsed Light. To learn more about how this works and whether it is safe for your skin, please refer to our FAQs.



All our Clinicians have received in-depth training from Lynton, all delivered in partnership with the world-leading institute of higher education – The University of Manchester – to ensure that our clients receive the safest treatment possible, alongside unrivalled clinical results.

Before we proceed with any treatments, we always conduct a consultation and patch test to ensure that our clients are suitable for the treatments and don’t experience any adverse effects. After receiving our treatments, you may experience subtle side effects, such as a small blister, redness or darkening of the skin. However, these usually disappear within a few hours.

Please note that results will vary from person to person, so we cannot guarantee your results, if they failed to meet your expectations.

We only treat clients over the age of 18. Photo ID or proof of age may be required.

Payment / Fees:

Our Hair Removal services for Face and Body range from £29 to £149 for HER and £25 to £149 for HIM. Other areas and packages are available upon request.

We offer five Skin Treatments: Skin Rejuvenation (such as our Illumi Facial), Acne, Thread Veins, Pigmentation and Rosacea. Skin Rejuvenation, Thread Veins and Rosacea start from £69 and Acne and Pigmentation (i.e. freckles, sun damage, age spots etc.) start from £49. Prices may vary, depending on the lesion size.   

Booking a consultation/ appointment is free. If you are a regular client and know what treatment you need, you can book an appointment on our Calendly. If you are a new client who is unsure about what treatment you need or whether you are suitable, we highly recommend booking a consultation with us.  

Puro Aesthetics may provide offers later in the future for a specific period of time. Once that promotion period is over, the prices will be as mentioned above.

We reserve the right to change the prices at any time.


Refund Policy:

Our treatments are non-refundable. If you have been booked for a course of treatments and have undergone one session, you cannot get a refund, especially if you do not complete all the treatments.

However, if you are unable to undergo any of the treatments due to medical reasons or change your mind (prior to any session being conducted), we may be able to offer you a refund. 


Cancellation/ Rescheduling:

If you are unable to make it to an appointment, please cancel it at least 48 hours prior to the date. This will allow us to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.

If you DO NOT let us know in time, you WILL NOT receive a refund.

If you arrive late to the appointment without giving us any notice, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

Depending on your availability and how your skin responds to our treatments, we may change the treatment dates. 


It is the responsibility of both parties that any confidential information shared will not be used for any purpose, except the performance of its obligations under this agreement.

Client responsibility:

The client must be honest about their condition and whether their GP has recommended for them to go ahead with this treatment. It would be ideal if you could provide a medical note as proof. The client must also accept that everyone experiences different results depending on their skin and therefore, we cannot guarantee that these treatments will make a profound effect on them.

The client may be required to prepare themselves prior to the treatments. Failure to do so may result in delaying or not proceeding with the treatments.

In cases where a client is deemed unsuitable for the skin treatments or experiences a negative reaction from our patch test, please do not be disheartened. We can understand that it will be hard, but your GP will be able to guide you on what the next steps would be.


The content found on this website (i.e. texts, logos, images) is the sole and exclusive property of Puro Aesthetics and protected by international copyright laws. All intellectual property shall remain the sole property of this company. Clients are not authorised to use any of our intellectual property without our permission.


Limitation of Liability:

Puro Aesthetics shall not be liable for the following:

  • Any breach of this agreement.
  • Any indirect, personal or economic loss (including loss of profit or data).
  • Any negligence caused by third-party applications.
  • Any negligence caused in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the services or equipment.
  • The accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available by the site, including any errors or omissions in that information.



Governing law:

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might arise between Puro Aesthetics and you, or its business partners and associates.

Any dispute you may have, whether it be related to your visit to this website or to any services you purchased from us, shall be arbitrated by state or Federal Court of the United Kingdom and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.



It is our upmost importance to ensure that all our clients are comfortable and satisfied with their treatments. However, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve the results you desire. It’s important to know that some conditions cannot be fully cured, but going through our recommended treatments will help reduce its appearance, discomfort or other symptoms. You may be required to come back regularly to Puro Aesthetics, if your skin condition flares again.

All our clients are beautiful, regardless of their skin type. We thrive to make sure that every visit to Puro Aesthetics leaves you with a smile on your face and your heart at ease.

Puro Aesthetics reserves the right to add, remove or edit these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice.
